Returns Policy

What is your returns policy? 

If something is not quite rightyou’ve got 10 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.  To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’

Items purchased between December 1st - 24th of December 2025 are eligible to be returned until the 14th of January 2025. 

Items purchased in our Black Friday Sale are not eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy. 

Is there anything I can't return?  

We do not accept returns on any underwear garments. (Including socks)

How do I return my items? 

1.To start your return, head over to your customer account with us and log in to find your order. 

2.Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!   

3.Your return request will be reviewed by our admin team and confirmation/further contact will be made. 

4.Print your return label and attach to the outside of your parcel. 

5.Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point, or to be collected!

Please note, if the status says "Delivered to HUB", this means your return is still at the Rebound international HUB and NOT our warehouse facility.

International transit times

I wasn’t given a specified carrier in the portal, what does this mean? 

In a few countries we may not be able to offer you a specific carrier. It is then your responsibility to choose a courier service that will return your package to us. 

When will I receive my refund? 

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 10 working days of it reaching our warehouse. Please note, if the item is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not mean it has reached us yet, but it has reached the Rebound sorting facility. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email info@whitelondon.com so we can investigate this for you.

How can I track my return? 

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return.

Multiple returned orders 

If you want to return multiple orders, please log each order as a separate return. Multiple returns from multiple orders cannot be accepted or processed into our returns facility. 

Shipping & Returns 

Import Charges  

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.  

EU Orders are sent duty paid, as long as you live within an EU member state you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order.  

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.  

Undelivered Items  

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.  

Return Policies 

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of: 

– Received the wrong item. – Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging). – Item had defects. – Over delivery time. – The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment. 

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
